How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up and get full access to all Professional features for 30 days. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your firm.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a consultation?
A consultation is a completed conversation between a website visitor and your CaseBuddy widget. Conversations that are started but abandoned before providing meaningful information are not counted.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Both plans are billed monthly or annually with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time.
What happens if I exceed my consultation limit?
On the Starter plan, additional consultations beyond 600 per month are queued and delivered when your limit resets. Upgrade to Professional for unlimited consultations.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months of service — saving you 2 months compared to monthly billing.
Do you offer discounts for small firms?
Our Starter plan is designed for small firms and solo practitioners. Contact us if you have special circumstances and we'll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
